What's included in the Lite software

The Hearing Office Lite software is composed of three interlinked
files: Patient Records, Billing, Cpt Codes, and Help. The fully
relation features make it possible to link all the files so that
information is only entered once. Relation lookups make complex
application, like entering patient identifiying information for
creating an invoice, as simple as pressing a button. The features
in each link include:
Patient Records-For initial entry of patient information that
includes:
- Referral source, name, address, phone number
- Birthdays and insurance carriers
- Print intake forms and custom audiograms
- Chart Notes for tracking dates of service and patient notes
- Ability to track prospective patients / hearing aid candidates
- Battery Club tracks and applies discounts for multiple battery
purchases
- Medical Recall will track a patient to schedule a future
appointment
- Hearing-Aid recall tracks hearing aid purchase prices and
warranty expirations
- Track battery sizes
- Track hearing aid serial numbers and type of instrument
- Track all hearing aids that are out for repair or when placing
a new order
- Print custom repair forms that allow ample information for
specifying repair instructions
- Send personalized letters and mailings to your patients.
Billing--For standardized invoicing of descriptions of services
or products, costs and taxable status. It includes:
- Accounting features for aged receivables and printing late
payment notices
- Lookup office revenues by date, procedure, referral source,
or cost
- HCFA 1500 form layout for billing Medicare
- Customized printing of the FDA's Statement to the Hearing
Aid User.
CPT Codes--For standardized descriptions of services and cost.
It includes:
- 60 predefined CPT codes for automated billing
- Unlimited number of user defined codes
