Contact me for technical and sale support by sending email. In fact, any questions should be emailed. I will usually respond within 48 hours or sooner of your post. Most users of the software have reported that our email and web support are excellent!

I DO NOT WANT YOU TO CALL ME WITH QUESTIONS!!!. Don't use the toll free number from the Basin Audiology web site to ask software questions. If my staff sees that you are calling on my toll free number, you will just be directed to the web site. I am actively employed in my own audiology and hearing aid office. My staff doesn't have time to answer software questions. I also cannot afford to quit my day job to provide telephone support for a free program or programs that are nearly free. I don't provide any telephone support or a toll free phone number for you to call me on!. Sorry if this sounds calloused, but spend a few minutes of your time at the site to read about the programs. For more detail on support, visit, What's not included in the software. If you can successfully navigate to this web page and download the software, then you will probably have little trouble using Hearing Office software. I am assuming that you are proficient in using your operating system and that you can read and follow the manual. Think of it as a qualification test! If you are a person that needs hand holding and help learning to operate your computer, contact me to see if there is a local trainer for your area. If there is, I'll try to put you in touch with them and you can work out a training and fee schedule with them. If this entire paragraph sounds like a little too much, you may want to consider using a different office management program. If there is a trade off to the great price and function of our software, it is that you, the user of the software, must spend your time to learn the program. I've written some great manuals for you to use. Don't be afraid to use'em!

Before sending me your question, please check the section titled: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). Many of your questions may have already been asked and answered there. This will save you time and embarrassment. If you ask me a question and it is in the FAQ's, I will simply tell you to visit this area and read it.

Please include the following information in your post:

•The version number of the Apple System software or the DOS and Windows version numbers, and the Hearing Office software version and serial number. There is a link in the Pro and Industrial Records software to send me email automatically from these programs. If you are using the two programs, I will also need the serial number from your program. If I don't know you and I don't see a serial number from the Pro or Records software, I won't answer your email. Since the Lite version is free, there is no serial number, so ask away! The reason I don't answer email without a serial number for the Pro and Industrial Records software is to encourage use of the link in the program and for users to register the program. If you are just evaluating the programs, still try to use the link!

•The type of hardware you are using.

•A description of what task you are trying to perform or what you were doing when a problem occurred.

•Provide your name, email address, and phone number. I need your phone number in the event that I need to call you. Yes, this does happen once in a while.
