Job Description for Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Specialist

  • The dispensing of high performance digital hearing instruments represents the bulk of our work.
  • This position calls for an audiologist who is knowledgeable in adult and pediatric auditory and vestibular assessment procedures, or a hearing instrument specialist knowledgable in dispensing high performance digital hearing instruments.
  • We also provide industrial hearing conservation to businesses in the Klamath Basin.
  • You must possess the ability to provide customer service to a patient base that demands the best in both products and services.

Applicant Minimum Requirements

  • Preferred requirements are a Masters Degree or Au.D in Audiology.
    • We would also consider a hearing instrument specialist.
  • Candidate must be eligible for Oregon State audiology (audiologist only) and hearing aid dispensing licenses (audiologists and hearing instrument specialists)
  • The ability to counsel and educate new patients, create a trusting relationship with patients, and give personal attention is required.
  • Candidate must be able to work within established polices and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on working as a team member and reporting to work on time.

  • If you are a masters level audiologist, we are committed to the Au.D degree for audiologists and would encourage you to purse the Au.D through distance learning.
