Office Locations

Basin Audiology has two office locations, Klamath Falls and Lakeview.

Klamath Falls Office

Location:

• In a private office near the Merle West Medical Center.

Directions:

• Proceed up Campus Drive like you were going to the Merle West Medical Center or OIT. Make the first left turn, as if you were try to go MacDonald's, and then the first right turn. You're now on Almond Street. We are the first building on the left side of the road. We share a parking lot with Dr Benson and Gary Voight.

Office Hours:

• Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The office is open through lunch. Other hours are available by special appointment.

Lakeview Office

Note: The Lakeview Office Has Been Closed

Location:

• In a private office with Dr Strieby in the Lakeview Hospital

Directions:

• Proceed to the Lakeview Hospital and enter through the outside for the offices of Basin Audiology, Dr Strieby, and Dr Richards.

Office Hours:

• Every Thursday from 10AM to 3PM. The office may be open during lunch. Other hours are available by special appointment.
