We are constantly working to improve our products and services, and we keep your comments and questions in mind. You may contact our office by sending email. Please keep in mind the following information in your post:

•Basin Audiology provides audiology and hearing aid services to southern Oregon. If you have questions, be sure that your questions are specific to services which we provide. For instance, I'm not going to be able to respond to general questions such as: " Which hearing aid do you think will be best for me?"

  Contacting other office members:

**Due to the increased SPAM, I can no longer link other office member's email addresses. On the weekends, over 1000 junk emails may be sent. This is simply too much email for me to review.
I use two programs to filter the mail before I see it. If you use a free email service, such as Yahoo, Juno, or Netzero, to message the office and notice that you are not getting a response, it may be happening because the message contains advertising. If your email program automatically attaches gif, jpg, wma. mp3, and/or png files as part of the email, you will need to remove these before sending your message. It is best to send messages as plain text and include in the subject a reference to Basin Audiology
